1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using ReplyAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyAgent is an AI-powered email response automation platform that monitors your Gmail inboxes, classifies incoming replies, generates draft responses, and sends automated replies on your behalf based on your configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Gmail Access and Authorization

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize ReplyAgent to access your Gmail inbox to monitor emails, create drafts, send replies, and mark emails as read. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by removing the inbox from your ReplyAgent account.

You are solely responsible for the content of all emails sent through the Service. ReplyAgent acts as an automation tool on your behalf — you remain the sender of record for all emails.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyAgent to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any email that violates applicable law including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. Billing and Subscriptions

ReplyAgent offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from emails sent through the platform, loss of business, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
